Dental Staff

Dr. H. Andrew Fratkin (Andy) graduated in 1986 from the University of Georgia with a bachelor of science degree in statistics and earned a Doctor of Dental Surgery from the Medical College of Virginia in 1990.  He is a member of both the Richmond and Virginia chapters of the American Dental Association and is an active member and former President of the McKee-Dominion Study Club. The club meets monthly to discuss relevant topics in the field of dentistry.  In his spare time, Dr. Fratkin enjoys spending time with his family, vacationing, exercising and cheering on his Georgia Bulldogs during football season, GO DAWGS!

Jessica is a native to the Richmond area.  She graduated from dental hygiene school in 2002 and has worked with Dr. Fratkin since 2005.  Jessica enjoys her time outside of the office with her husband and four children.  She is active in the sports community spending many hours at the baseball field supporting her children and watching her favorite Washington Nationals.

Diane, originally from upstate New York, transplanted to Richmond after earning her dental hygiene degree.  She has worked with Dr. Fratkin since he started his own dental practice in 1996.  This office is unique due to the amazing loyal staff and the positive and supportive relationships they have with each other and the patients.  Diane looks forward to seeing her patients and have the chance to catch up about their lives and interests when they come in for their dental hygiene visits.  In her free time, Diane enjoys working out, learning about health and nutrition, and spending time with her husband, two daughters and her granddaughter.
